Justin Tomczyk -- Cross Country Coach
Mr. Tomczyk is a grade 8 social studies teacher at Roger Ludlowe Middle school and coach of the RLMS Cross Country team. He served as the assistant coach of the girls and boys cross country team from 2007-2010. Since 2011 he has served as the head coach of the program. Mr. Tomczyk coached outdoor track at Roger Ludlowe Middle School from 2008-2017. He also coaches Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field at Fairfield Ludlowe High School.

Matt Onderko -- Cross Country Coach
Mr. Onderko is a grade 6 Math teacher at Roger Ludlowe Middle School and a coach for the Roger Ludlowe Middle School Cross Country team. He has been coaching cross country at RLMS since the Fall of 2018. Coach Onderko brings a lifelong enthusiasm of athletics to the RLMS XC program. Coach Onderko is also a girls basketball coach at FLHS.

Owen Zimmerman -- Outdoor Track & Field Coach
Mr. Zimmerman teaches grade 8 science at Roger Ludlowe Middle School and currently coaches for the RLMS Outdoor Track & Field Team. Mr. Zimmerman has been coaching outdoor track at Roger Ludlowe Middle School since the Spring of 2011.
